Chairman Graeme Lipsett has worked with young people for around 16 years. He has gained experience from working with young people from different socio-economic backgrounds, initially with Church of Scotland “Summer Mission” teams - now known as “Impact” teams - initially as a team member becoming a Team Leader in 1993. Graeme’s home church is Maxwell Mearns Castle Church of Scotland, which is located in the south side of Glasgow, where he is volunteer Church Administrator, As a trained counsellor, Graeme is part of the pupil mentoring scheme run by Careers Scotland in their schools programme for East Renfrewshire. Graeme also has an administrative role with Christian in Sport (CIS) mainly at Sports Plus Camp in Scotland each summer and he has worked for a number of years at the Spring Harvest Easter Event at Skegness as Deputy Chief Steward. |

Secretary Pat Gibson has been a long-time Reality volunteer, attending multiple week-long and weekend camps. She is a retailer based in Ayr, who enjoys golf and painting in France (when time permits). She is feeling happy now that her family is now collecting back in Scotland. |

Trustee Helen Brannigan started volunteering with Reality wilst studying politics and theology at university and very quickly became passionate about their work. She is an active member of Ruchill Kelvinside Parish church and works for the Greater Maryhill Outreach Project as their Tearoom manager and adult support worker. She also is involved in a voluntary aspect with Prison Fellowship Scotland. She is an avid sailer, kayaker and climber and is happiest in/on/around the water. |

Trustee Linda Nicolson is from Glasgow and has been a social worker, a theological student and is now working with CrossReach with disadvantaged youth in an educational setting. She has been volunteering for Reality since 1999 and has recently significantly assisited in our R&D project. In her spare time, she is teaching her pet (bird) linguistics and communication skills. |

Trustee Betty Shiers lives in Kirkintilloch and has been a past Office Administrator and Treasurer of Realty. She is an active member of Kirkintilloch Baptist Church and the Lydia Fellowship. She enjoys making bespoke greeting cards, but her greatest delights are her grandchildren, Nathan, Martha and Ben. |

Trustee Pamela Docherty is a maths tutor and involved in volunteer work in her local community where she is treasurer for 2 organisations, organises children and family events for the local community, volunteer co-ordinator and has the fun job of reviewing all the polices. She also is in charge of the childrens work at St Ninians Community Church in Stirling. She has volunteered with Reality at several camps both week and weekend. Pamela is married to Kevin where they live in Stirling with an assortment of pets. |

Trustee Catriona McKillop has worked with young people for 32 years in various areas ...cubs, brownies, scripture union, Sunday schools, holiday clubs and guides. She founded a youth fellowship, Ragtots (a mother and toddler group in Robroyston) and is a co founder of Reality Adventure Works.
She has also lectured in health, social care and first aid at college of further education. Catriona trained as a nurse, midwife and health visitor seeking to work in areas of disadvantage and has retrained as a primary teacher to work with disadvantaged or those who need additional support. She is currently working in both primary and secondary sectors and finally, is proud to be wife to Keith and mum to Lauren and David |

Trustee Richard Higginbottom is a former museum curator, latterly in Inverness, then a vicar in Derbyshire and a Mission Society rep for Scotland. Being an Englishman married to a Scot for 25 years, he’s now seen sense and accepted the challenge from God to plant a Fresh Expression of church in Tulloch, Perth. Richard will eat anything, including soup! |

Trustee Jennie Purton is a primary school teacher from Lanark, has been involved with Reality as a volunteer running camps and weekends and is also heavily involved with the Christian Summer Sports camps. |

Fran Morrison is the part-time Finance and Admin Officer who specialises in fundraising. Her background includes being a lecturer in Business Studies, a theological student, wife of a youth worker, mother of two sons and Secretary of the Year (twice). She does not do hats, dressing up or cooking for events. |

Chad Olm is the Activities Coordinator. He is an import direct from Canada and has become the Jack-of-all-trades at Reality, however his official duties include the general organisation of all week-long and weekend camps as well as website design and maintenance (well suited to his other professional skills as a photographer and graphic designer). Richard Morrison is the Project Manager. He is quite old, becoming less fit and is not at all happy with heights. His background is in youth work with the YMCA, a Baptist church, SU and a schools based Trust in England. He maintains a positive outlook on life when he sings and consumes vast quantities of soup when given the opportunity. |
